Our Stainless Steel and Olive Wood Handle knives have blades made from 64 layers of Damascus steel, wrapped around a VG-10 Steel Core for stability and an exceptionally sharp edge. Our Phenolic Handle knives feature a sharp stainless steel blade with outstanding longevity.
