- 125g trimmed fine green beans
- 125g fine broccoli spears
- 15g salted butter
- 15g flaked almonds
- Salt and pepper to taste

1Place the broccoli in the base of the 3-ply Stainless Steel Saucepan with the green beans on top.

2Add 6 tbsp cold water.

3Place the lid on the pan and over a medium-high heat bring to the boil.

4When the lid rattles, the vegetable are cooked. This will take around 4-5 minutes. Drain the water and leave the vegetables in the pan.

5Using the Toughened Non-Stick Shallow Frying Pan, melt the butter over a medium heat. When the butter begins bubbling add the almonds and cook until golden brown.

6Toss the almonds and butter into the steamed greens, season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
