The Signature Cast Iron Saucepan will allow the tea to sit over a low heat without any staining or stewing effect, allowing the spices to infuse perfectly. The tea can be placed into a coffee pot and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The milk may be heated in a 3-ply Stainless Steel Milk Pan to make a Spiced Chai Tea use all hot milk rather than boiling water.
