Use the Right Heat Setting
Place the empty grill over medium heat and brush ingredients with a high-smoke point oil.
Test the Temperature
Use the water droplet test. If cold water droplets evaporate instantly, the grill is ready.
Start Grilling
Add the ingredients to your grill and cook on both sides, without turning them too quickly.
Time to Enjoy
Remove your ingredients from the grill, and season to taste. A delicious meal awaits.
Which grill should you choose?
When selecting a grill, think about your cooking style and needs. How many people do you cook for? What types of ingredients do you like to cook? Our Cast Iron grill range creates perfect caramelisation for deep flavour while our Toughened Non-Stick range is lightweight and ideal for delicate ingredients such as fish, along with easy cleanup. Neither range requires seasoning before use and is ready to cook with straight out of the box.

- 2. The Cast Iron enamel interior develops a natural patina (brownish-black film) over time that assists with adding flavour to food and easy food release.
