- 1 tin chickpeas, approximately 230g drained
- 1 tablespoon oil, e.g. smoked rapeseed
- ½ tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper

- 
                                1Preheat the oven to 200ºC/ Fan 180ºC/ Gas Mark 6
- 
                                2Wash and drain the chickpeas thoroughly. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir together, thoroughly coating the chickpeas in all the spices.
- 
                                3Spoon the chickpeas into the two tapas dishes and place in the preheated oven to roast for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
-
