Event information

VIP Shopping Session and Mystery Boxes

Book the VIP shopping session (9am-10.30am Saturday 27th September) to have first access to the sale and the option to purchase a Mystery Box for £50 (with a minimum £150 spend on sale items). Mystery Boxes are limited to 1 per ticketed attendee and every VIP ticketholder is guaranteed availability to purchase one. The cost of the ticket and Mystery Box does not apply towards the £150 spend threshold.

Getting there

By car

If you are using a sat nav or Google Maps, please use the postcode HG2 8NZ and access from the junction of Wetherby Road on to Railway Road.

When you arrive, follow the signs for your chosen event for the best car park. Parking Stewards will be on hand to help direct you.

By train

The nearest train stations are:

· Harrogate train station (2 miles) – taxis and buses available

· Hornbeam Park station ( 1.5 miles) - no taxis available at this station without pre-booking.

By bus

Bus Services from Harrogate Town Centre (drops off at Sainsburys on Wetherby Road): · 7- view timetable · X70 – view timetable

Less than a mile’s walk to the main entrance gate around the perimeter of the Showground.

Tickets

Are tickets refundable?

Yes, tickets are refundable up to 24 hours prior to the event.

Can I transfer my ticket to a new ticketholder?

No, tickets cannot be transferred directly from one person to another. Tickets may be refunded and then made available to those on the waiting list.

Do I need to bring my ticket to the event?

Yes. Please have either the printed ticket or digital ticket available to be scanned at event check-in.

Is it possible to switch my general admission ticket for another shopping session?

No, you will not be able to swap your ticket for another shopping session directly. You may refund your ticket and repurchase a ticket for your desired shopping session, provided there is availability during that session.


My preferred session is sold out. Will more tickets be made available?

There are no guarantees additional tickets will be released. Announcements for additional tickets will be made via our social media accounts (@lecreusetuk). Please follow us for the latest announcements and information.


Is there a waiting list for tickets?

Yes, there is a waiting list on Eventbrite. If you sign up to the waiting list and more tickets are made available, you will automatically receive an email notification. Keep informed of any announcements by following our social media accounts (@lecreusetuk).


What is the ticket price for children?

Children under 16 years of age are free with a ticketed adult.

Can I shop the Factory To Table online or by phone?

This is an in-person event only that cannot be shopped online or over the phone.


What is the cost of parking?

Parking is free at the venue.


VIP Shopping Session

How many tickets can I purchase for VIP Sessions? 

Tickets for the VIP shopping session will be limited to a total of 2 per person.


How many people does my VIP ticket admit to the event? 

Each ticket for the VIP shopping session admits 2 people to the Factory To Table Sale event. Please note that Mystery Boxes are limited to 1 per VIP ticket, not 1 per attendee.





Mystery Box Enquiries

When are Mystery Boxes available? 

By purchasing a ticket to a VIP session, you are eligible to purchase 1 Mystery Box. Mystery Boxes are limited to 1 per ticket, with a minimum spend of £150 on sale items.


What should I expect in my Mystery Box? 

Mystery Boxes have a minimum value of £500 RRP worth of Le Creuset items, and are guaranteed to include at least one piece of Cast Iron cookware.



Can I purchase more than 1 Mystery Box?

Mystery boxes are limited to 1 per ticketed attendee, with a minimum spend of £150 on sale items. If product purchases are made by a group, and each person meets the £150 spend threshold, each ticketed attendee who meets the threshold will receive the chance to purchase a Mystery Box.


Can I buy a Mystery Box for someone not in attendance?

Mystery Boxes are only available for those in attendance.


Payment, returns and exchanges

What forms of payment are accepted?

This is a cashless event. We can accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay. No cash or gift cards will be accepted.


Can I exchange or return products in a retail store or at the event?

Products purchased at an event with manufacturers defects are eligible for a return or exchange. All other products purchased at Factory To Table sales are considered a final sale.


I purchased an item at the factory event and noticed it was damaged when I got home. How do I receive a replacement item?

Please email helpline.uk@lecreuset.com with your query and a copy of the original sales receipt. One of the team will be in touch to support.



An item in my Mystery Box was damaged, can I get a replacement?

Please email helpline.uk@lecreuset.com with your query, photos of any damage and a copy of the original receipt. Note that due to the product assortment in Mystery Boxes, replacement items will not be a like-for-like exchange.



I am missing an item from a boxed set I purchased at the sale, how do I receive a replacement item?

If you can return to the sale, we will be able to exchange the product onsite. If you are not able to return to the sale, please email helpline.uk@lecreuset.com including a copy of the original receipt, which item is missing, your contact information, and a shipping address.


I was incorrectly charged for an item, how do I get a refund?
