How many people will one General Admission ticket admit?
Each General Admission ticket includes entry for one person to the Factory To Table Sale event.
What is an Early Access ticket?
Early Access tickets are available for certain timeslots – granting ticketholders the earliest chance to shop the available stock at our Factory to Table Sale.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website prior to arriving at the event.
Are tickets refundable?
Yes, tickets are refundable up to 48 hours prior to the event.
Can I transfer my ticket to a new ticketholder?
Yes, as long as both guests have the Fever app installed tickets can be transferred.
Do I need to bring my ticket to the event?
Yes. Please have either the printed ticket or digital ticket available to be scanned at event check-in.
Is it possible to switch my general admission ticket for another shopping session?
No, you will not be able to swap your ticket for another shopping session directly. You may refund your ticket through customer support and repurchase a ticket for your desired shopping session, provided there is availability during that session.
My preferred session is sold out. Will more tickets be made available?
There are no guarantees additional tickets will be released. Announcements for additional tickets will be made via email. Please sign up to the Le Creuset UK mailing list for the latest announcements and information.
Is there a waiting list for tickets?
Yes, there is a waiting list.
When should I arrive to my shopping session?
Please do not arrive earlier than 15 minutes before your shopping session. You are welcome to enter at any time during your timeslot, but we recommend arriving at the beginning if possible.
What is the ticket price for children?
Children under 16 years of age are free with a ticketed adult.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact Fever via their contact center with proof of needing a carer ticket.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket.
Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.
Here are some of the documents we accept:
- Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
- Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
- Evidence of being severely sight impaired.
- CredAbility Access Card – + 1 category requirement.
Will Mystery Boxes be available?
Mystery Boxes will not be available for this event. However, we will instead be offering ticketholders the chance to win a Mystery Prize (comprised of Le Creuset product(s) worth a minimum of £250 RRP) if they make a purchase at the Factory to Table Sale.
How do I enter the Mystery Prize giveaway?
To enter our Mystery Prize giveaway at the Factory to Table Sale, ticketholders may make any purchase during the event and receive a golden ticket, which will reveal if they are one of our 500 Mystery Prize winners.
If the ticket reveals that you are a winner, you may exchange your winning golden ticket for a Mystery Prize at the Mystery Prize Collection Station. Winners will have until 6pm Sunday 10th May to collect their prizes.

Is there a minimum purchase required to enter the Mystery Prize giveaway?
All ticketholders who make a purchase at the Factory to Table Sale may have the opportunity to enter the Mystery Prize giveaway. There is no minimum purchase requirement, but entries are limited to 1x per ticket.
What should I expect if I win a Mystery Prize?
- Mystery Prizes have a minimum value of £250 RRP worth of Le Creuset items, and are guaranteed to include at least one piece of Cast Iron cookware.
Can I shop the Factory To Table online or by phone?
This is an in-person event only that cannot be shopped online or over the phone.
What is the cost of parking?
Parking is free at Farnborough International Exhibition Centre with a valid ticket.
Will dogs be allowed at the event?
Assistance dogs are welcome to the venue. Assistance dog owners will be requested to show their documentation on arrival.
Location information:
Farnborough is conveniently located south-west of London and is served by strong national and international travel links. Travel to Farnborough in just 35 minutes by train direct from London Waterloo or access the venue by car from the M3 and enjoy free parking on site.
By car
Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre is located just off the A325, accessible from the M3 (J4) and A31.
Please check with your event organiser which Gate will be accessible and specifically type in Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre and add the relevant Gate letter if using a SatNav.
When you see 'Exhibition Centre' brown signs or AA yellow event signage, please ignore SatNavs and refer to the relevant gate or entrance. Please do not just follow your SatNav all the way as it will likely take you to the wrong gate you require and delay your arrival.

By train
Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre is within easy reach of five stations- Farnborough Main, Farnborough North, North Camp, Frimley and Aldershot.
Farnborough Main is served by South West Trains and sits on a mainline to London Waterloo. With up to six trains per hour and journey times as fast as 34 minutes, getting to Farnborough by train is a very fast and easy option. Farnborough Main station is 1.5 miles from the venue and just 5 minutes by taxi. Further information about the facilities at the station is available on the National Rail website.
Farnborough North and North Camp are served by First Great Western and located within a 10-minute taxi ride from the venue. Further information about the facilities at these stations is available on the National Rail website.
By foot
For those arriving on foot, Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre offers convenient access via Gate B:

It provides a seamless entry point for pedestrians, ensuring easy access to the venue. From here, follow the clearly marked signs to guide you to your event within the centre.
Accessibility information:
If you are arriving by car, Blue Badge parking is available on site. Please ensure you display your Blue Badge in your car, and the traffic marshals will direct you to dedicated Blue Badge parking.
If you are arriving by taxi and have your Blue Badge with you, you can be dropped off at the main entrance for that event. If you require collection the taxi will be permitted to pick you up from the main entrance to that event.
There is ramped access at both the East and West Foyer entrance and exit. The corridor areas have high contrast between floor, walls, and doors. The exhibition halls are step free.
There are accessible toilets at all toilet facilities throughout the venue.
- The venue has two self-propelled wheelchairs on site for visitors to hire, free of charge, on a first come, first served basis. You will be asked to sign a hire agreement accepting the terms and conditions of hire. Please click here to review prior to attending the venue.
What forms of payment are accepted?
This is a cashless event. We can accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay. No cash or gift cards will be accepted.
Can I exchange or return products in a retail store or at the event?
Products purchased at an event with manufacturers defects are eligible for a return or exchange. All other products purchased at Factory To Table sales are considered a final sale.
I purchased an item at the factory event and noticed it was damaged when I got home. How do I receive a replacement item?

An item in my Mystery Box was damaged. Can I get a replacement?

I am missing an item from a boxed set I purchased at the sale? How do I receive a replacement item?
If you can return to the sale, we will be able to exchange the product onsite.
