Do’s


• Allow the product to cool to room temperature before washing 

• Heat up slowly, using only low to medium heat settings 

• Dishwasher-safe but washing by hand in warm soapy water recommended, along with use of our specialised Cast Iron Cleaner


Don’ts



• Avoid high heat settings – this contributes to food sticking and can damage the enamel

• Don’t subject products to major temperature changes (thermal shock) e.g., plunging into cold water after cooking

• Don’t store your cookware while it is still damp

Stainless Steel Cookware

Do’s


• Don’t heat an empty pan – preheat by taking the time to let the pan reach an appropriate temperature

• Do keep gas flames within base of the pan, don’t allow to extend up the sides of the pan

• Use silicone or other tools that are gentle on the cookware surface

• Use a proprietary stainless steel cleaner on uncoated piece products from time-to-time


Don’ts



• Avoid adding salt to water before boiling it, to prevent pitting of the steel

• Raw, marinating, or cooked foods should not be stored in these pans

• Don’t use chlorine and bleaching agents to shine your stainless steel
