28cm Cast Iron Signature Oval Gratin Dish
This versatile, medium-sized dish is ideal for vegetable and pasta bakes such as cauliflower or macaroni cheese and a multitude of savoury or sweet quiches, pies, tarts or crumbles.
The shallow elongated shape of this dish is perfect for producing a lovely browned crust.
