Terms and Conditions:
• Offer only includes purchases of Le Creuset Toughened Non-Stick 22cm FryingPans bought as part of the Money Back promotion between July 2nd 2012 and January 31st 2013.
• Only purchases made at high-street and online retailers participating in the promotion are valid. Pans bought at the full RRP off promotion do not qualify.
• The amount refunded will be the promotional retail price paid to a maximum of £45/€56.
• Refunds will only be made by cheque. Please allow 28 days for receipt of cheque.
• Please include your original proof of purchase and retain a copy for your records as your receipt cannot be returned.
• Claims must be made directly to Le Creuset UK Ltd, not to the place of purchase.
• The participant must pay the cost of postage and packaging to return the pan and claim form.
• Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
• The Money Back promotion refund will only be paid upon satisfaction of the participant of these Terms and Conditions. By completing the Money Back claim form participants confirm their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
