Le Creuset is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring safe and secure online shopping. These terms and conditions describes our use of personal information provided to us via the Le Creuset Web Site located at www.lecreuset.co.uk and associated international Web Sites around the world ("Web Site").

By using the Web Site you consent to the following terms and conditions and to the processing of information as described below. Prices

All prices displayed on the Web Site will be in UK pounds and be inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT), at the prevailing rate, but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Due to the large number of products on our site it is always possible that some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced, despite our best efforts. If we discover there is a pricing error we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel the order, or reject your order and notify you of the rejection.

Prices are subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price

Le Creuset operates a standard product pricing policy in the UK and the Channel Islands, meaning that customers are charged the same prices irrespective of where they live. We believe that price integrity within any currency zone is important. Therefore, no tax refunds will be granted for orders placed and shipped to the Channel Islands.

Contract creation and electronic contracting

The technical steps required to create the contract between you and Le Creuset are as follows:

  • You place the order for your products on the Web Site by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Web Site.
  • Le Creuset will send to you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order acceptance from Le Creuset.
  • As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
  • Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the below instructions.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error.
  • You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

The contract will be concluded in English.

Contract cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Products.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been despatched, we will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge, provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Products, and that you have taken reasonable care of the Products and not used them.
